Launched on 17th July 2004
Bluff Enviro Team was launched on 17th July 2004 at
St. Georges Presbyterian Church. This initiative is
part of the ongoing work of the CBCO.Our focus and
concern is the general rundown state of the Bluff
which then makes us a breeding ground for all sorts
of abuse. If our suburb “looks” like a dump site
people will treat it like one. Hence our initiative, as
part of our overall vision and drive, is to have a day set
aside to clean up our streets and suburb. World
Heritage Day, 24th Sept was chosen as an
appropriate day for action.

campaign collecting many bags of garbage from the
Bluff streets and making a clear statement of intent -
